I managed to get a copy of a pre-release version of the Connected Media Player that will ship on the Motorola CLIQ XT (QUENCH), and it's very slick. Shoutcast radio support, synchronized lyrics, and TuneWiki mapping are some of the new features.
Bear in mind that this is not the official release of the software and that at this time Motorola has not indicated that it will ever be available for the Motorola CLIQ, the device that this demo was shot on. But with that said, the app is still a huge step forward and shows that Motorola has, indeed, finally learned how to create good software. MOTOBLUR was no fluke, it seems.
