Berlin based nova media has updated its FoneSync application with Mac OS X support. The software will allow owners of the bada-powered Samsung S8500 WAVE to synchronize their contacts and calendars with their Mac OS X powered computers. FoneSync is available now for 19.90 EUR ($19.95) through nova media's website. FoneSync requires Mac OS X 10.5.8 or higher and a Bluetooth enabled computer.

"The S8500 WAVE is a bestseller and attracts many Mac users," Jan Fuellemann, spokesperson for nova media, said. "It was the missing synchronization of contacts and calendars that prevented a purchase. We deliver the solution."
