HTC's 'Rosie' UI for Google Android operating system caught on video
Rumors by Ricky Cadden on Wednesday May 20, 2009.
Please note that this story is based upon rumor and/or speculation.
While most HTC G1 users are anxiously awaiting their 'Cupcake' firmware update, a new video of HTC's so-called 'Rosie' build of the Android operating system has been found online. This is not the follow-up to Cupcake (Android 1.5), but rather HTC doing its own user interface tweaks for the devices it manufacturers.
The Rosie user interface appears to be quite fluid, with a large desktop that users can drag side-to-side. There are a host of beautifully crafted widgets shown off in the video, as well. [via PhoneDog.com]
