If this picture is to be believed, then the Motorola i465 looks to be the company's first QWERTY iDEN cell phone. The i465 reportedly features Bluetooth connectivity, as well as a VGA-resolution camera. The display is rather small, and it appears as though there is a column of buttons positioned to the right of it.

The Motorola i465 is as-yet an unannounced product, and official carrier partners are not known, though a good guess would be Sprint's iDEN network for PTT^(INFO) support. [via Engadget Mobile]
