Leaked BlackBerry Storm 9530 firmware adds portrait QWERTY keyboard
Rumors by Ricky Cadden on Friday January 23, 2009.
Please note that this story is based upon rumor and/or speculation.
Another unofficial firmware update for the RIM BlackBerry Storm 9530 is now available, v4.7.0.90. This new firmware reportedly increases stability, and also adds a new portrait-oriented QWERTY keyboard to the touchscreen smartphone. This new enhancement certainly makes the possibility of one-handed text input a better affair.
This new firmware update has not been officially released, and it is not recommended for the faint of heart. However, interested readers can get more information at the CrackBerry.com forum. [via Engadget Mobile]
