Palm Pre rumored to be priced at $399 with contract
Rumors by Ricky Cadden on Friday January 09, 2009.
Palm Pre
The Palm Pre, which was announced yesterday at the 2009 Consumer Electronics show, is rumored to be priced at US$399 with a 2-year commitment on Sprint's nationwide CDMA network, according to Mobile-Review's Eldar Murtazin. Palm has not officially announced any pricing details, so this is pure speculation at this point.
Murtazin also maintains that the Palm-confirmed GSM/UMTS variant, which is expected in the second half of 2009, will be available unlocked, priced at US$500-550. Again, these prices are completely unsubstantiated. [via UnwiredView]
