Orange mulling the BlackBerry Bold 9000's future?
Rumors by Ricky Cadden on Monday January 05, 2009.
There is speculation that Orange will soon drop the BlackBerry Bold 9000 from its smartphone lineup, according to Telegraph.co.uk. The carrier was one of the first to launch the BlackBerry Bold 9000 in October, and has reportedly seen above-normal return rates on the smartphone.
Users are apparently reporting system crashes, dropped calls, and poor reception. The smartphone was pulled from Orange shelves once before, though the carrier allowed RIM time to issue a software update. It is unclear whether RIM will get another chance if the Telegraph story is to be believed.
