4.7.0.85 firmware leaks for the BlackBerry Storm 9530
Rumors by Ricky Cadden on Monday December 29, 2008.
The BlackBerry Storm 9530 for Verizon has had yet another unofficial firmware update leak out, v4.7.0.85. This new firmware is reportedly much more stable than the current official release, according to various BlackBerry enthusiast sites.
Note that this new firmware is unofficial, and has not been publicly released by RIM or Verizon. Most users are reporting that the accelerometer has received some improvements, and that some small bugs have been fixed, but no major features have been added or improved.
Interested readers can head over to the CrackBerry.com Forum for more information, though again, this is an unofficial, and unsupported update, so proceed at your own risk.
