The latest BlackBerry Curve from Research In Motion has been leaked by Boy Genius Report. The device, codenamed "Apollo," runs BlackBerry OS 6.1, has an 800MHz Tavor MG-1 processor, a 5MP camera, 512MB of RAM, support for near-field commuinications, GPS, Wi-Fi, and more. It's a Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE phone with tri-band HSPA 7.2Mbps support. Sadly, the Apollo still has a low-resolution 480 x 360 display.
Based on a picture of the Apollo, the phone has a similar form factor to the most recent BlackBerry Curve devices, but it has a much more rounded bottom. It appears to have the same Curve keyboard that we've loved for years, as well as an optical pad. It also appears to have a glossy black finish.
There's no word on a potential release date, any carriers, or how much the phone will cost. Head over to Boy Genius Report for an image.
