Garmin-ASUS partnership could end in 2011

According to sources speaking to both Engadget and Economic Daily, the Garmin-ASUS partnership could end in early 2011. ASUS will likely release self-branded smartphones, and Garmin could head back to the personal navigation device (PND) market. Engadget said Garmin may still provide ASUS with its GPS software.
Garmin-ASUS delivered the Garminfone to T-Mobile in the United States, as well as the nuvifone G60 for AT&T.
