AT&T introduces media-centric Pantech C630 cell phone

AT&T and Pantech have joined forces to bring us the C630, the latest entry-level candybar cell phone for the wireless carrier. The C630 is multimedia focused, with a built-in 1.3 megapixel camera that also supports AT&T's Video Share service, for sharing live video with other supported phones.

The C630 also features a microSD card slot and media player, for on the go music, as well as Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support for wireless stereo headphones. The C630 features aGPS and voice-guided turn-by-turn navigation from AT&T's Navigator service.

The Pantech C630 from AT&T is expected to be available on Friday, December 12th, priced at $39.99 after a 2-year commitment and mail-in rebate.
