T-Mobile rolls out Samsung Gravity QWERTY phone

Today T-Mobile announced the Samsung Gravity, a candybar cell phone with a convenient slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The Gravity also sports a microSD card slot for storage expansion and Bluetooth with A2DP support for stereo headsets, which should add up to a decent portable music experience.
The Samsung Gravity's 1.3 megapixel camera also records video, which should allow it to capture plenty of great moments, while support for T-Mobile's MyFaves service helps you keep in touch with your friends and family.
The Samsung Gravity is expected to be available on November 17th, priced at $49.99 with a new 2-year commitment. Two color schemes, white with aqua accents and grey with lime accents, will be available.

i just got this phone and it is great i have had no problems with the battery life it has a big screen and the key board is just right!!! but the down side to it is every message you send saves to the sim card but you can just hit delete all!!! i higly recomend this phone to anywon who texts alot and does some calling but not alot because its call quality isnt that great

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PHONE, except i can't figure if u can get playlists to intertwine with each other. i play it while at work and i want to be able to listen to both playlists at one time. i also can't figure out what the symbol inside the arrows with either a 1 or an a means.

dear jj, GET THE GRAVITY! my mom got a sidekick and she hated it. i think the gravity phone is the coolest and most convenient phone that has come out yet. most people get overpriced phones because they have internet access and other cool features, but this phone has most of that stuff but it is only about 150$.

I have had my lime and grey one since feb and love it more each day! Just got a snap on case with a tree frog which looks so great with the lime accents! But I will admit I still have not figured how to put music on it. :( Also, my bluetooth has never worked better!

I really love this phone @ first i was so into the EnV2 but i just read the reviews and they had a lot a problems so i just went to the most simular to the EnV2 so i chose this one it is way better then the EnV2 it is more chik and sexy!

this phone is so very awesome and i wish i could get it..but it seems 14 year old cant get wat they want because parents dont keep their promises and are selfish i would think that for doing good in school i would get rewarded...and anyway...this sucks...i asked for a simple phone and i guesss i just couldnt possibly get it...:(

The phone is ok but Samsung doesn't have certain basic features that Nokia has. I'm disappointed in Samsung compared to Nokia. Samsungs alarm doesn't even have snooze..basic function. You have to confirm delete like 3 times which is totally annoying. Samsung doesn't have Profiles like Nokia which are great! Overall, Samsung is not as user friendly or easy to navigate like Nokia so i'm majorly bummed!

I've had this phone for about 5 months now. It worked O.K at first. But I've def. had better. When I slide it open & press a button that is supposed to bring up the main menu, nothing happens. From there I must restart the phone. Calling quality is terrible. I have to often tell someone to repeat themselves multiple times. Battery life is messed up. Overall: 2.5/5
Nokia MusicXpress is a much better phone, as is the discontinued t509. Great phones those are!

this phone sucks i've haven't had it a year and it already its messing up big time. First it started shutting off whenever i would slide the phone out, and more recently the phone will turn on and stay on a white screen. It still recieves calls but i can't see anything else other than a white screen. You can't set ringtones for txt tones which everyone asks about. The only okay feature about the phone is the qwerty keyboard which is a perfect sized keyboard and very easy to get used to. Don't bother with this phone
