HP iPAQ Data Messenger
HP today announced its new iPAQ Data Messenger smartphone, powered by Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and packing a large 2.8" QVGA touchscreen display. The iPAQ Data Messenger also sports a slide-out QWERTY keyboard for easy text input and quick messaging.
The iPAQ Data Messenger is not just for business, though. A 3.1 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash adds to the fun, with a microSD card slot on board for extra storage capacity. The built-in GPS receiver allows for navigation features, as well.
The HP iPAQ Data Messenger is set to be available in November 2008, priced at GBP399 (US$678) before taxes and subsidies. Vodafone UK will be the initial launch partner for this smartphone.
