I purchased this phone because I wanted an inexpensive phone to hold me over until my cell service will pay for a new nicer one (last was damaged). I REALLY HATE this phone. Txting takes unbeleilably long because of the tiny buttons, the navigation sucks really bad with extra unnecessary menus. You can't do a smiley face because it doesnn't have this character ")" The OK and up down left right button is to close so you will constantly be pressing the wrong button. The lack of the external screen means you have to flip the phone to see who's calling and the default is to automatically answer when you flip the phone open. You have to use your fingernail or a pencil to use the keys.

The worse part is I think they intentionally designed a crappy phone in order to sell more expensive phones. Spend a little extra an get a different phone or pick a slighly used one on ebay. I am very much regretting this purchase.
