Nokia's Wild WCDMA 7600

Nokia 7600
Nokia launched the 7600, its second 3G phone, at a design exhibition in London today. While the unique design is the first thing people will notice about the 7600, it's not just a pretty face. Built on the Nokia Series 45 platform, it offers a large 65K color screen, VGA camera, Bluetooth, and audio and video clip playback.
Nokia will be releasing a large array of covers and Xpress-on cases for the 7600. Some of them will come in suede and leather, giving the 7600 a more exotic and upper-class look.
The combination of an integrated VGA camera (0.3 megapixels) and high resolution 128 x 160 pixels color screen will allow users to take pictures and capture video with audio, for up to 2.5 minutes. On a WCDMA network, users will be able to download and store video files on an internal memory pool of 29MB. This memory can also be used to store MP3 or AAC files from your computer or downloaded from the 3G network.
In terms of connectivity, the 7600 is right up there with the best, with Infrared, Bluetooth, and USB connections. A XHTML browser is included, so advanced webpages can be viewed directly on the phone. It also supports dual mode GSM (900/1800 MHz) and WCDMA, with automatic handover between them.
As we all know, 3G phones are notoriously bad with battery life, but it looks like Nokia has managed to get around this issue. The 7600 will offer 4 hours talk time on GSM, 2.9 hours talk time on WCDMA, and 12.5 days of standby time for both modes.
Finally, the 7600 will measure 87mm x 78mm x 18.6mm and weigh 123 grams. It will be one of the smallest dual mode GSM/WCDMA phones in the world.
