E-TEN Glofiish X600

Snapshot by Ricky Cadden on Monday November 05, 2007.

E-TEN recently announced the Glofiish X600 smartphone. Based on Windows Mobile 6 Professional, the X600 features a large 2.8" 65k color TFT touchscreen with 320 x 240 pixel resolution. Measuring 107mm x 58mm x 14.7mm (4" x 2.3" x .58"), the slim Glofiish X600 weighs a reasonably light 136g (4.8oz), considering its size and capabilities.

The X600 features WiFi for high-speed connectivity, as well as Bluetooth 2.0. A built-in SiRF Star III GPS receiver helps the Glofiish X600 quickly and accurately find your way. Quad-band GSM/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900MHz) support ensures that the X600 is always connected, too.

The Glofiish X600 features 128MB of internal storage memory, with expansion available through a microSD card slot, and a 2.0 megapixel camera is on-board the Glofiish for snapping photos. The X600 should be available in a stylish metallic black and red color scheme in mid-November 2007, though pricing has not yet been released.
