The second of two handsets announced today for the Sprint Power Vision EV-DO high speed data network, the Samsung SPH-A920 is a good all round clamshell phone for the music lover.
Designed to be used with the Sprint Music store for over-the-air purchase and download of songs, the Samsung SPH-A920 includes an embedded MP3 player, a TransFlash memory card slot (supporting up to 512MB cards), dual speakers, and music control keys on the front of the flip. Not letting the phone features slip in favor of the music functions, the SPH-A920 also includes a 1.3 megapixel camera, speech-to-text dictation capability, and Bluetooth wireless connectivity. In addition, the Samsung SPH-A920 also supports PictBridge photo printing when used with a compatible printer over Bluetooth.
The Samsung SPH-A920 will be available from Sprint starting on December 6 for $349.99USD, or $199.99USD after rebate and service agreement.
