4.5 stars

(How we score)

Speedy 1.2GHz dual-core processor, large qHD display, new HTC Sense 3.0 UI, 8MP camera with 1080p HD video
No metal unibody, only 1GB internal storage, perhaps too large for some people

The HTC Sensation is the latest handset to show up to the dual-core Android smartphone party, boasting a 4.3-inch qHD touchscreen and an 8 megapixel camera to boot. The device hums along quickly and has plenty of UI tweaks, courtesy of HTC's Sense 3.0.

With other party tricks such as 1080p video recording and a distinctive beveled edge to the touchscreen, the Sensation certainly lives up to its name and provides the user with a very rich and customizable experience.

[This device is 99 percent the same as the HTC Sensation 4G for T-Mobile USA, which will be featured in an update review soon. -editor]
