3.8 stars

(How we score)

Beautiful hardware design, fast 1GHz processor, large 4.3-inch screen, good camera
Sub-3G data speeds on a "4G" device, mediocre battery life, quiet speaker

The HTC Inspire 4G, like the Motorola ATRIX 4G, is one AT&T's first devices capable of running on its 4G HSPA+ network. It offers a stunning industrial design, a top notch user interface, and an high-spec camera. While some might find that its 4.3-inch screen is a bit bulky, the size of it makes web browsing and media viewing an absolute pleasure.

AT&T's 4G data network didn't impress me much during my testing period, and neither did the phone's battery life, but otherwise the Inspire 4G is a blast to use. Read on to learn about both the good and the down sides of the Inspire 4G.

You'll find a pair of videos of the HTC Inspire 4G after the Table of Contents, below.
