Today Acer announced the beTouch E130, an Android 1.6 powered smartphone that has both a 2.6-inch touchscreen display and a full hardware QWERTY keyboard. The device resembles BlackBerry smartphones in that it doesn't have a slide-out keyboard like most hardware QWERTY Android handsets do.
The beTouch E130 also comes equipped with Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, a microSD card slot for adding up to 32GB cards, an FM receiver, Acer's custom user interface, and the Acer Spinlets music application.
Acer expects to sell the beTouch E130 beginning in August and says it will be available in black or white.
