Today Nokia announced the new X2 for India, an S40 powered feature phone that offers an alphanumeric keyboard, as well as a robust set of hardware features.
The X2 is just 13mm (0.5in) thin and weighs only 81g (2.85oz). It has a 2.2-inch QVGA display, an FM radio, support for 16GB microSD cards, Bluetooth 2.1, a 3.5mm headphone jack, dedicated music buttons, and a 5 megapixel camera. Nokia also made it easy to access Facebook from the homescreen, and packs in Nokia messaging for IM and email.
The X2 will be available for â?¬85 ($112.5) before taxes and subsidies.
