DemoAnywhere lets Sprint customers test drive 30+ phones

Today Sprint launched a new service powered by DeviceAnywhere called DemoAnywhere. The solution lets users tinker around with cell phone user interfaces from the web, before making a purchase, so they can be sure they're interested in a device before going to a store.

The carrier also launched step-by-step tutorials for 34+ phones, created by DeviceAnywhere, and will use DemoAnywhere to troubleshoot during tech support. Sprint hopes this will enhance customer experience in sales, technical support, and customer care.
