Newsbrief by Todd Haselton on Monday March 15, 2010.
According to a new smartphone brand loyalty report by Crowd Science, 40 percent of BlackBerry users prefer the iPhone as their next smartphone device choice. 32 percent of them also said that they'd be willing to swap out their phones for the Google Nexus One on T-Mobile. Meanwhile, 90% of iPhone owners won't change their brand. The report included 1,140 respondents and also found that Android and iPhone users use their devices more often for personal use, iPhone owners are more likely to pay for applications, and Android owners were typically younger and less affluent than BlackBerry or iPhone owners.
