Sprint 3G/4G USB U301
Sprint has announced the USB U301, the carrier's second dual-mode 3G/4G wireless USB modem. The device lets customers connect with Sprint's 4G WiMAX network or its 3G mobile broadband network while on-the-go.
The U301 offers peak downloads of more than 10Mbps with the WiMAX network and peak downloads of 3.1Mbps on Sprint's 3G network. The device will also connect to EVDO Rev. 0 and 1xRTT networks, as well.
An authentication system ensures top-notch security. Additionally, GPS is on board for use with Sprint Navigation, BlackBerry maps, and other location-based features. The U301 is compatible with PC and Mac computers.

What? First? Hardly. The U300 has been out for almost a year, and the U300 is also dual mode.

The U301 isn't actually Sprint's first dual-mode 3G/4G USB modem. The U300, pictured above in your photo on the right, has been available since December 2008 - http://newsreleases.sprint.com/phoenix.zhtml?c=127149&p=irol-newsArticle_newsroom&ID=1237086&highlight=

This is NOT the first 3g/4g card from Sprint. The U300 (pictured above in silver) was the first one.
