HTC offering $100 trade-in program for select new smartphone purchases

News by Michael Oryl on Monday November 23, 2009.

Today HTC announced a $100 smartphone upgrade incentive program that will run in the USA from November 27, 2009 through the end of the year. When consumers purchase a new HTC Tilt 2, HTC Touch Pro2, HTC Imagio, or HTC Ozone from AT&T, T-Mobile USA, or Verizon and turn in their old, still-working eligible handset, along with a copy of the receipt and UPC code from their new smartphone, HTC will send them back a check for $100.

Directions and promo codes for registration and free shipping labels differ depending on what network the new device is on. Find AT&T HTC Tilt 2 upgrade information here, T-Mobile USA HTC Touch Pro2 upgrade information here, and HTC Ozone, Imagio, and Touch Pro2 for Verizon upgrade information here.

A list of eligible trade-ins can be found on the HTC trade-in website.
