Sprint HTC Hero over-the-air update fixes minor bugs

Sprint is pushing an over-the-air update for the HTC Hero, bringing the firmware to version 1.56.651.2. The update fixes bugs related to SMS issues that impacted battery usage and there's a Daylight Saving Time fix as well.
