Right on schedule, T-Mobile's Motorola CLIQ Android-powered touchscreen smartphone has been made available in retail stores and online.

Announced in early September, the handset features a 3.1-inch HVGA (320 x 480 pixel) touchscreen display, a 5.0 megapixel camera with video recording capability, and high-speed 3G and WiFi data connectivity. Most notably the CLIQ features a customized Android user interface called MOTOBLUR that aggregates content from social networks into the device's homescreen, giving users the ability to easily see what friends and family are up to.

The T-Mobile Motorola CLIQ is available in white or titanium color schemes for $199.99, after a two-year customer agreement and mail-in rebate.
