Tivo for BlackBerry now available from BlackBerry App World

Today Research In Motion (RIM) and DVR vendor Tivo announced the availability of the Tivo for BlackBerry application in the BlackBerry App World. The application will allow Tivo users to view their DVR's program guide and even remotely schedule programs to be recorded.
According to an email we received from RIM:
"TiVo customers can use their BlackBerry smartphones to browse by category, view the most popular shows or daily picks and see the programming details, such as title, description, runtime, and airdate and time. Additionally, the BlackBerry device can easily be used to set a TiVo to record shows."
