LG has announced the GW620, a touchscreen smartphone with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, which is the company's first Android-powered device. This new mobile device features a 3.0-inch touchscreen and a custom user interface built for Android, though complete details have not been announced.
The GW620 is equipped with software that will make the operating system easy to use for first-time smartphone users while simultaneously providing a well-rounded experience for users looking for a powerful smartphone solution.
The company says that the GW620 will be available in the fourth quarter of 2009 in select European markets.
