T-Mobile to introduce fee for paper billing next month

News by Brian James Kirk on Monday August 10, 2009.

TmoNews reports that T-Mobile will charge customers for paper billing services in order to cut paper and mailing costs associated with current billing procedures.

Customers will pay $1.50 per account to continue receiving paper invoices starting September 12. This fee would be in addition to the detailed paper billing option that already costs $1.99.

Alerts will be sent out with this month's bill and customers can opt out of the fee by contacting customer service. [via BoyGeniusReport]
