Google to expand Android Market billing options

CNET reports that Google says Android Market will offer more payment options in addition to Google Checkout and that T-Mobile customers will be able to purchase apps by directly billing their monthly bill.

At a news conference last week, T-Mobile and Google unveiled plans to expand billing options in anticipation of the upcoming release of the MyTouch 3G smartphone. Google also discussed upcoming versions of Android code named Eclair and Flan. [via AndroidCommunity]
