Google Voice launching for pre-registered users

According to the Google Mobile blog, Google is rolling out its Google Voice service to users who pre-registered for the new service.

Google Voice lets users manage multiple phone numbers through a convenient online interface, complete with visual voicemail that transcribes messages left for users.

There are no details as to when the service will go completely public.
