Verizon offering HP Mini 1151NR netbook for $199.99 on May 17

Verizon Wireless has officially announced that it will start offering the HP Mini 1151NR EV-DO Rev A capable netbook starting on May 17. This small personal computer will be available for US$199.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate, when purchased with a new 2 year data agreement.
The HP Mini 1151NR weighs 2.4 pounds (1.1kg) and features a 10.1-inch, 1024x576 pixel LED backlit display. The 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor in the Mini 1151NR is backed up by 1GB of RAM, an 80GB hard disk drive, and the Windows XP Home Edition operating system. In addition to the EV-DO 3G support for the Verizon network that the HP Mini offers, it also has quad-band GSM/EDGE and tri-band UMTS/HSPA support for true worldwide roaming capability.
The HP Mini 1151NR is available with Verizon's updated $39.99/mo 250MB and $59.99/mo 5GB data plans. The 250MB plan, which was recently boosted from 50MB, has a new lower overage cost of $.10 per megabyte. The 5GB plan features a $.05 per megabyte overage cost. Verizon also offers a $129.99/mo Global Access plan that offers 5GB of monthly data in the U.S. and Canada as well as 100MB of data in 175 worldwide destinations. A Global Access pay per use option is also available for $59.99/mo 5GB plan subscribers.

why so many charges for that and the monthtly ip is too expensive.are we going to end up paying too much at the end for the whole thing? Make me an offer i can refuse. Is not even windows vista.
