Verizon Wireless has announced the Samsung Trance, an affordable new slider phone with many features for music aficionados. With sound technology provided by Bang & Olufsen's ICEpower amplifier, a music player with support for V CAST Music with Rhapsody, and 1GB of internal memory with microSD for expanded storage, the Trace has everything a music lover would need.
The Samsung Trance features a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity and support for mobile Web and mobile e-mail access. The device is Chaperone capable, allowing parents to see location information of their children. It also supports VZ Navigator for turn-by-turn directions.
The Samsung Trance will be available from Verizon Wireless on April 24 in red and black color schemes for $49.99 after a two-year customer agreement and a mail-in rebate.
