Research In Motion's BlackBerry Media Sync 2.0 has been updated to support Windows Media Player, allowing users to sync their BlackBerry devices with music collections managed by Microsoft's multimedia software. Previously, BlackBerry Media Sync was only compatible with Apple's iTunes music management software.
Media Sync give users the ability to create playlists, or have the software randomly choose songs to fill a BlackBerry device. Users can set how much of their device's internal memory they wish to fill with music.
