Sony Ericsson announces Skype, Mytopia, and other new Xperia panels

Today Sony Ericsson announced that there will 4 new panels available for its Xperia X1 smartphone. A new CNN panel will give users quick access to top news, and the new Mytopia panel will provide equally quick access to Mytopia.com's games. The Skype panel that has been designed will give users direct access to Skype VoIP functions and instant messaging, while Sony Ericsson's new "On The Road" panel will provide large buttons and simple access to basic phone and media features for those drivers that are just too busy to pull over to the side of the road.
The new panels will be available for download starting in the middle of March.
