Huawei confirms Android-powered smartphone for Mobile World Congress

Huawei, a Chinese cell phone manufacturer, has detailed its plans for next month's Mobile World Congress, taking place in Barcelona, Spain. The company has said on its website that it plans to introduce its first Android-powered smartphone at the show.

Huawei also plans to unveil what it calls the world's first commercial HSPA+ Stick, as well as the world's smallest wireless modem. A wireless digital photo display is also on track to be shown off at the event. [via Android Authority]
