Microsoft partners with Quattro Wireless to improve mobile advertising efforts
News by Brian James Kirk on Tuesday January 13, 2009.
Microsoft has entered a strategic relationship with Quattro Wireless to collaborate on integrated and simplified mobile advertising. Last week, an exclusive deal with Verizon was announced that establishes Microsoft as the exclusive provider of mobile search and advertising on Verizon's network.
"We are seeing unprecedented demand for buying mobile advertising inventory and this critical solution will simplify the process for the advertisers and agencies," Steven Rosenblatt, vice president of advertising sales for Quattro Wireless, said.
Quattro offers publishers and advertisers with solutions to track advertising campaigns across computing platforms and extend their advertising reach to mobile devices. Quattro manages advertising for mobile sites managed by Hachette Filipacchi Media, Gawker Media, Cox Newspaers, and Def Jam Music. The company has received recognition recently for related work on Obama's presidential campaign. [via MoCoNews]
