Product Launch by Ricky Cadden on Wednesday January 07, 2009.

At the 2009 Consumer Electronics Show, Logic Wireless is showing the Bolt, claimed as the world's first projector phone. The Bolt is a candybar cell phone that packs quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz) support with Bluetooth for short-range connections.

The Logic Bolt is the first cell phone with an integrated projector. According to Logic Wireless, it capable of projecting an image up to 64" in size on a wall or screen. The Bolt features an 1800mAh battery, and reportedly can operate in projector mode for over 2 hours, long enough to watch most movies. The phone also features a 3 megapixel camera and 2.4" QVGA (240x320 pixels) touchscreen display.

Logic hopes offer the Bolt through carriers such as T-Mobile or AT&T, though no official deals have been announced. Pricing is set at $600 without a contract, and as low as $100 with a carrier-based contract.
