Nokia 5800 XpressMusic to launch in Russia first

Newsbrief by Ricky Cadden on Monday November 03, 2008.

The 5800 XpressMusic will apparently be landing in Russia on November 26th, 2008, ahead of other more developed markets such as England or the U.S. The 5800 XpressMusic is currently listed as coming soon on the Nokia Russia online store, priced at 15990 Rubles, which translates to US$550.

The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is the first touchscreen smartphone to be powered by Nokia's S60 5th Edition user interface, and also packs a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and a dual-LED flash. The 5800 XpressMusic is clearly a music-centric cell phone, with a standard 3.5mm audio port, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support, and a microSD card slot for plenty of music storage. [via Jaspp.net]
