Sprint offering free Ready Now in-store training to customers

News by Ricky Cadden on Tuesday September 09, 2008.

Sprint has announced its new Ready Now service, a free in-store training service that is available to every customer. Sprint's retail stores were closed for one day recently and, during that time, all associates were trained to be Ready Now certified.

Ready Now offers customers the ability to get one-on-one assistance in learning how to use their new phones. Whether it's learning how to send a text message, downloading games, or simply adding a new contact to the phone's address book, Sprint's Ready Now sales associates are trained to show Sprint subscribers how everything works. Consumers can opt to use Ready Now immediately, or they can go online to schedule an appointment in a local retail store for a later time. The service is available now in all Sprint retail locations.
