Today T-Mobile announced that it has launched its 3G network in Las Vegas, adding to the 3G service that it rolled out in New York City earlier this year. T-Mobile said that it plans to have 3G service in at least 20 additional markets by the end of this year. The company has also made reference to some new "and compelling data-centric, all-in-one devices" that will take advantage of the 3G network. We've heard rumors of such a device being tested in the New York City area, so this new T-Mobile statement lends a bit of credence to those rumors.
