Rumours have been floating about for the last few weeks about a Nokia 3650 replacement/upgrade. Whether the devices actually existed or not was a matter of some debate. Well, it has now been settled. The Nokia 3660 and 3620 are both real, as witnessed by the fact that the FCC has approved both of them for use in the USA.

It seems there will be 2 models of the same basic phone: the Nokia 3660, which will be tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz), and a North American version called the 3620, which will be dual band (850/1900Mhz).

Aside from the obvious physical difference between the new models and the original 3650, in the form of a more normal keypad, not much else has been released on the specifications of these handsets. We will certainly have more information for you soon.
