T-Mobile Sidekick Slide Scarlet Now Available

T-Mobile Sidekick Slide Scarlet
T-Mobile has added some new touches to its Sidekick Slide smartphone. The freshly scarlet-painted device is available now online or in retail stores for US$199.99 with a new two year service agreement.
The new Sidekick Slide Scarlet features a 2.5" QVGA screen, a 1.3 megapixel camera, and a microSD card slot for expanded memory, with support for cards as large as 4GB. Connectivity options on the Sidekick Slide Scarlet include support for quad-band GSM, Bluetooth, and data over T-Mobile's EDGE network.
The Sidekick Slide Scarlet sports a full QWERTY keyboard, an enhanced web browser with Java support, as well as a music player that supports MP3 and AAC music files. The Sidekick Slide will offer the typical software of previous Sidekicks, which includes T-Mobile's MyFaves service, email, MySpace Mobile, and built-in IM clients.
T-Mobile's Sidekick Slide Scarlet serves up to 5.9 hours of talk time or 3.6 days of standby from its battery and weighs 150g (5.3oz).
