Woman Arrested After Burning 400 Cell Phones Worth $42,000

The Associated Press is reporting of a Beijing woman that has been arrested after setting fire to over 400 cell phones as retaliation against her husband, who had recently walked out on their marriage. The woman and her husband own a retail mobile phone shop in the Chinese capital, and the wife, identified only by her family name of Wang, gathered up every phone in the shop and set them ablaze. It is reported that the phones were worth a total of roughly US$42,000.
