General Mobile Launches M500 Watch Phone at CeBIT

General Mobile took the opportunity at CeBIT 2008 to unveil its latest handset, the M500 watch phone. The M500 uses a 1.5" OLED touchscreen display alongside Bluetooth. Tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900MHz) is also on-board with data coming across a GPRS connection.

The M500 also features several organizer applications such as a world clock, calendar, and stopwatch. There is 128MB of internal storage space and the M500 conveniently charges through a USB port. Availability and pricing were not released.
