News by Brad Kellett on Monday August 22, 2005.

The soon to be released Nokia N70 has now received FCC approval, hopefully ushering in a release before the end of the year.

The Nokia N70 Symbian based smart phone is a tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900Mhz) and 3G UMTS compatible device, and features a 2.0 megapixel camera on the back and a VGA unit on the front for video calling. The N70 also includes a 262,000 color 176x220 pixel display, Bluetooth, and compatibility with RS-MMC cards for memory expansion.

The user manual as posted on the FCC site is available here (warning, PDF file).
