Google has updated the Gmail webapp for Android smartphones and the iPhone with a new undo function. The webapp will now allow users to undo an action such as archive, delete, add or remove a label, or move a message/conversation. A small bar at the bottom of the screen will appear for a few seconds giving the user the ability to step back from whatever they did. While one can always move messages around through the folder tree at a later time, this new undo option streamlines the process and makes correcting mistakes easier when on the go. The new Gmail webapp is accessible to the iPhone and Android smartphones in the browser by going to gmail.com.source: Google Mobile Blog
