As many of you know, Rovio recently launched the latest in the Angry Birds family of games: Angry Birds Rio. Instantly popular, Rio saw 10 million downloads in its first 10 days of being available to Apple iOS and Android users. For those of you keeping score at home, that's a new record for Rovio.

The game puts a new twist on the ultra-popular Angry Birds story-line, where users are asked to destroy pigs by hurling angry birds at them. In AB Rio, the pigs are no longer a part of the story. Instead, the user must hurl their angry birds at cages of other, more rare birds in order to save them from evil smugglers. The app launched in collaboration with Twentieth Century Fox's upcoming 3D animated film, Rio. The application is available for download from the Apple App Store, the Android Market, and Amazon's Appstore for Android.

As a fairly avid Angry Birds fan myself, I am pleased to offer a quick demo of the Angry Birds Rio app from Rovio. Enjoy!
