LG shows new glasses-free 3D mobile display

Today LG unveiled a new 3D display for mobile phones that requires no special glasses to use. The display measures 4.3-inches in size and offers 480 x 800 pixel resolution, and LG says that the display is both bright and flicker free. LG states that the the slits used to ensure that each eye sees the different images required for the 3D effect are more precisely positioned on its new 3D mobile display than on previous displays based on similar technology.
